Sai Ying Pun Waterfront Park was completed at the end of 2025. This park and play area in between the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park and the Western Wholesale Food Market covers an area of about 1.32 hectares, and features a “Sea of Clouds”, Hong Kong’s first outdoor bouncing play facility, slides, climbing frames, as well as sand and water play areas facing the Vicoria Harbour.

The park also features a viewing platform, a nursery, a snack kiosk, a large rotating platform, and a barrier-free passage with auxiliary play elements to facilitate universal access. At the same time, murals have been painted onto the retaining wall of the Western Harbor Crossing, and a pet park has also been added to create an all ages, family- and pet-friendly place.

The Public Address system and digital signage installed by Elephant enables the venue managers to easily broadcast relevant messages to visitors.
